Our coordination packages are designed to meet you where you are and give you the level of support you need.

📦 Our Wedding Packages

THE SIGNATURE PACKAGE - $850
Essential Day-of Coordination
Perfect for couples who have planned the details but want a professional to step in, take over the logistics, and execute their wedding day seamlessly.

INCLUDES:
• 1-hour final consultation approximately 2 weeks before the wedding
• Custom wedding day timeline
• Vendor confirmation & communication
• Up to 7 hours of wedding-day coverage
• One lead coordinator on-site
• Emergency kit access
• Ceremony & reception management

THE HEIRLOOM PACKAGE - $1,500
Classic Coordination with Extended Care
Ideal for couples who want additional support leading up to the wedding, professional rehearsal coordination, and a coordinator on-site throughout their wedding day.

INCLUDES EVERYTHING IN THE SIGNATURE PACKAGE, PLUS:
• Additional planning call approximately 6–8 weeks before the wedding
• Ceremony rehearsal coordination — up to 1 hour
• Décor setup & styling assistance
• Coordinator on-site for the full wedding day
• Final venue walkthrough, when local

DÉCOR SETUP NOTE:
Heirloom includes assistance with décor setup and styling, but does not include full setup of all wedding décor or end-of-night décor breakdown. Full setup and breakdown services are included with The Estate Package or may be added separately through our À La Carte Services.

THE ESTATE PACKAGE - $2,000
Full-Service Wedding-Day Experience
For couples who want to hand over the details and enjoy a seamless, fully supported wedding experience from setup through the final send-off.

INCLUDES EVERYTHING IN THE HEIRLOOM PACKAGE, PLUS:
• Assistant coordinator on-site
• Full setup & breakdown services
• Return of décor/rentals the following day
• Unlimited wedding-week texts and calls
• Emergency errand coverage on the wedding day

À LA CARTE SERVICES

Looking for a little extra support? Add individual services to your wedding coordination experience based on your specific needs.

REHEARSAL COORDINATION - $200
Professional coordination of your ceremony rehearsal, typically held the day before the wedding.

CUSTOM TIMELINE CREATION - $250
A detailed, personalized wedding-day timeline created for couples who are coordinating their own wedding day.

VENDOR CONFIRMATION SERVICES - $150
We'll reach out to your wedding vendors approximately one week before the wedding to confirm arrival times, setup details, responsibilities, and final logistics.

DÉCOR SETUP & BREAKDOWN - Starting at $500
Professional setup and styling of décor, tablescapes, signage, personal details, and other wedding-day elements. Pricing is based on quantity of décor, complexity of setup, venue logistics, and hours. required.

VENUE WALKTHROUGH - $150
Join you for a venue walkthrough to review logistics, layout, setup, ceremony flow, and other important wedding-day details.

BRIDAL ASSISTANT / DAY-OF ASSISTANT - $300
Additional hands for bridal party support, dressing-room assistance, touch-ups, personal-item management, and quick wedding-day errands.

DESSERT OR FAVOR SETUP - $100–$200
Setup and styling of dessert tables, favor stations, candy bars, cocoa bars, or similar reception displays.

WEDDING PLANNING SUPPORT - $50/hour
Need additional support beyond what is included in your package? Additional planning time is available at $50/hour. This service applies to additional meetings or planning support outside of your contracted package, including:

• Additional planning meetings
• Family or parent meetings
• Additional venue or vendor meetings
• Extended consultations
• Additional in-person planning support
• Other planning services requested outside of your package's included services

Please note: This is not a fee for normal wedding-related communication or quick questions that are part of your package. The hourly rate applies when additional meetings, extended support, or services outside your contracted package are requested.

TRAVEL
Southern Joy Events is happy to travel to help make your special day everything you dreamed of! Travel fees are based on the distance from Mansfield, Texas (76063), and the time and logistics required to serve your wedding well.

$75 per service day
66–100 MILES

Custom travel quote required - weddings 100+ miles away may require hotel accommodations and applicable travel fees.

OUT-OF-STATE & DESTINATION WEDDINGS
Let's chat! We'd love to create a custom travel plan based on mileage, lodging, travel time, and the logistics of your celebration.

Please note: Travel fees are charged per service day that Southern Joy Events is required to travel to your event location. For example, if your rehearsal is on Friday and your wedding is on Saturday, the applicable travel fee will be charged for Friday and again for Saturday. Travel fees may also apply separately to venue walkthroughs, additional planning meetings, or other in-person services requiring travel outside the included service area.
